Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz Brussels sprouts
  • 2-3 TBS Olive oil

Add seasonings to taste:

  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
  3. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil to coat evenly.
  4. Roast for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
